ECE focuses on the design underlying hardware system. Its curriculum is directed to applications in major areas such as the communication, energy & electronics sectors. Electronics & Communication Engineering deals with the electronics devices, circuits, communication equipments like transmitter, receiver, integrated circuit(IC). It also deals with the basic electronics analog and digital transmission & reception of data, voice and video, microprocessor, satellite communication, antennae and wave progression. It aims to deepen the knowledge and skill of the students on the basic concepts and theories that will equip them in their professional work involving analysis, system implementation, operation production maintenance of the various applications in the field of Electronics & Communication Engineering.

Students can start their own business, training centers, warehouses etc. Many students can go for M.Tech. after B.Tech. course. Students may go for various Govt. competition exams after B.Tech. Such Air Force, CDS, IAS, SSC-CGL also. Students can choose to get jobs in their core program in various private companies.
